We offer single source productivity to simplify the buying process and guarantee you have quality products, delivered on time. Tiger Industrial is on the cutting edge of technology. All designs are fully modeled in 3D to verify that all components will fit together the way they are planned. Directly from our design software (SolidWorks) the models are converted to the industry standard IGES file type, this file can then be directly imported into the Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) Software and then uploaded to the CNC machining centers.

By eliminating the errors commonly associated with manual translation we can deliver higher quality products in record time.

Sheet Metal Component Design - If it can be made from sheet metal, we can design it! Working closely with our sheet metal suppliers, we design premium products that take into account tooling and non-reoccurring engineering costs (NRE). We do this by minimizing the use of costly tooling, which saves money and improves delivery times. For simple parts, delivery times can be as short as one week for a design through delivered part. Materials commonly used are Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Cold Rolled Steel (CRS) and Copper. Occasionally we also work with exotic materials like Titanium, Inconel, 17-7 PH Stainless and many others.
