Directly from our design software (SolidWorks) the models are converted to the industry standard IGES/STEP file type, this file can then be directly imported into the Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) Software to build the parts. By eliminating the errors commonly associated with manual translation we can deliver higher quality products in record time.

Sheet Metal Component Design

If it can be made from sheet metal, we can design it! Working closely with our sheet metal suppliers, we design premium products that take into account tooling and non-reoccurring engineering costs (NRE). We do this by minimizing the use of costly tooling, which saves money and improves delivery times. For simple parts, delivery times can be as short as one week for a design through delivered part. Materials commonly used are Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Cold Rolled Steel (CRS) and Copper. We also work with exotic materials like Titanium, Inconel, 17-7 PH Stainless and many others.
