Tiger industrial has just expanded capabilities. Our new FADAL 4020HT is a great new machine and has greatly improved our throughput.

We are in the process of designing a stainless-steel Coffee Cart as well as a matching side cart. This design will be fully enclosed and easy to transport. We have integrated fresh and waste water storage into the design as well.

Inspection Jigs – We have been designing and building a series of inspections jigs to send to China. These Jigs will make sure that the products being produced overseas will fit and meet the specs. We will be Posting pictures on the web site soon

We are currently in negotiations for a new building in Costa Mesa. With this new facility we will be expanding manufacturing and R and D. Check back soon for pictures and our grand opening party!

Tiger Industrial is in the process of designing and building a high speed router system. This system will be able to cut and machine a variety of materials including Aluminum, Plastic and Wood. The first model will be a table top unit driven by high torque stepper motors. Following models will incorporate larger tables, servo motors and ultra high speed (65,000 RPM) air turbine spindles.

Tiger Industrial is rapidly expanding and diversifying our services. This month we are in the process of acquiring a new CNC Vertical Machining Center (VMC) and well as a new cut off saw and finishing tools. We have also hired a new Industrial Designer to help with design and documentation. Please check back soon for more information and for updates on our latest projects.
